Supermaths is a set of Mathematics'
master classes for schoolchildren, held in Newcastle
upon Tyne, UK. The programme (content and dates) is revised and published annually. Participants are invited from all schools in the northeast of England during the summer and autumn terms of each academic year. The classes are mounted by a partnership of teachers formed to promote them. Other teachers participate as presenters, and assistants and associates. The classes began in 1993.
